I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Banke Opera, Autograph Collection, enjoying its beautiful decor and comfortable accommodations. The staff, particularly at the front desk and bar, made my experience nice with their attentive service. However, I struggled a bit with the air conditioning not being cold enough, and the marble flooring in the bathroom was a little tricky for me to navigate. Overall, it was still a good experience worth every penny.
